We build what we could not find.
ImpactRealities Media is a Bradenton video studio run by Julian and Kate Germinal. It started as the in-house content engine for Julian's own companies and opened to outside clients once the work was good enough to sell. It still runs that way: every film gets shot like it is ours.

CEO on paper. Artist at heart. Founder of Germinal X Real Estate Authority, ImpactRealities Media and the Mix Realities Podcast.
Julian runs companies, but hand him a camera and he is gone. If there is a sunrise over the Manatee River, a crew pouring concrete, or a ribbon about to be cut anywhere in the county, he will find a reason to be there with a gimbal in his hands. IRM exists because that instinct to capture things properly turned out to be exactly what the businesses around him were missing.
Julian left Haiti at six. By thirteen he was in foster care in Manatee County, in a shelter and group home run by Manatee Children's Services. He has been in real estate since 2015, spent ten years in commercial insurance, holds a degree in business administration, and today serves on the board of the organization that ran that shelter.
Every company he has started exists because something he needed was missing. ImpactRealities Media is the one where the business and the art finally point the same direction.
“Kids in care are told they do not have to be a statistic. They need to see someone who came from where they are and is not one.”
Built in Bradenton. Run by operators, not an agency.
We are not a production company that found a market. We are owners who needed video for our own businesses, could not find anyone doing it right at a fair, published price, and built the studio we were looking for. Cinema cameras. A dedicated, insured crew. FAA Part 107 pilots in the sky. Every rate on the website before you ever talk to us.
Our clients are the trades, builders, event hosts, educators and agents of Manatee and Sarasota Counties. The businesses that keep this place running, most of which have never been filmed properly.
Lead with strength. Serve with love.
Walk in integrity. Finish what we start.
