How booking works
A 50% deposit reserves your shoot date. The balance is due before final delivery. Every production includes two revision rounds; additional revisions run $95/hr.
The 48-hour guarantee
Listing videos and event recap reels are delivered within 48 hours or you take $50 off. Full films within 5 business days. On time, every time, in writing.
Square footage, sized fairly
Essential and Signature cover homes up to 3,000 sqft, Luxury up to 4,500. Beyond that, add $100 per additional 1,000 sqft. No surprises on site.
Your footage
Raw footage is archived for 90 days after delivery. Extended archival is available on request. Rush turnaround is available at +25%.
What if my project is bigger than these packages?
Then the matrix steps aside. Multi-property programs, campaigns, multi-day productions, or anything outside these packages gets scoped and quoted custom, in writing, before a dollar moves. The packages are the floor of what we do, not the ceiling.
Retainer seats
Monthly retainer clients are capped to protect the delivery standard for every one of them. When a seat opens, the waitlist hears first.
