ImpactRealities Media is a growing video studio in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Manatee County. We hire for craft, reliability, and showing up on time. Most roles start project-based, paid per shoot or per edit, in writing, and grow with the calendar.
Videographer
You shoot the work: job sites, ribbon cuttings, listings, seminars. Cinema cameras, gimbal, lights, and audio are second nature. You show up early, you know where the light is, and you can run a two-hour event without being told what to capture. Evenings and weekends come with the territory. Reliable transportation required. Send a reel.
Video Editor
You cut recap films and vertical reels that people actually watch to the end. Premiere, Resolve, or Final Cut; clean color; captions that are correct; music that is licensed. We publish delivery dates to clients, so you hit yours. Send three pieces you cut and tell us what the brief was.
Drone Pilot
FAA Part 107 certificate required, no exceptions. Aerials for construction progress, real estate, events, and brand films. You plan the flight, check the airspace, make the weather call, and land with the shot. Own aircraft is a plus, not a requirement. Include your certificate number on the application.
Sales & Coordination
You answer every inquiry within one business day, book the shoot, and keep crew and client on the same page from deposit to delivery. You are comfortable on the phone with contractors, agents, and event planners, and organized enough that nothing falls through. Published pricing means you never have to make up a number.
