FAQ

Asked and answered.

Everything clients ask before they book, in plain English. If it is not here, email us and we will answer the same business day.

Booking & payment.

How do I book a shoot?

Pick your package on the pricing page or email bookings@impactrealitiesmedia.com. A 50% deposit locks your date on the calendar. No deposit, no hold.

When is the balance due?

Before final delivery. You approve the work through our review process, settle the balance, and the final files release.

Do you really publish all your prices?

Yes. Every package and rate is on our pricing page and our rate sheets, and the pricing calculator builds your exact number, including square footage, before you ever talk to us.

My project is bigger than your packages. Now what?

Custom pricing. Multi-property programs, campaigns, and multi-day productions get scoped and quoted in writing before anything is booked. The published packages are the floor, not the ceiling.

Is there a travel fee?

Sarasota, Bradenton, and Manatee County are covered, no travel fee. Beyond that, ask and we will quote it straight.

Delivery & revisions.

How fast do I get my video?

Listing videos and event recap reels: within 48 hours or you take $50 off. Full films: within 5 business days. Rush turnaround is available at +25%.

How many revisions are included?

Two revision rounds on every production. Additional rounds run $95/hr. Timestamped feedback through our review link keeps it fast.

Who owns the footage?

You receive full usage rights to your delivered videos for your marketing. Raw footage stays archived with us for 90 days; extended archival is available on request.

What format do I get?

Delivered ready to use: horizontal masters for web and MLS, vertical reels cut for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, all color graded and captioned where it counts.

On the shoot.

How should I prepare my property or site?

We send a one-page prep sheet when you book: lights on, surfaces clear, vehicles moved, crew aware. Fifteen minutes of prep is the difference between good and cinematic.

Do I need to be there?

For listings, no, coordinated access works. For brand stories, events, and anything with an on-camera interview, yes, that is the whole point.

Is your crew insured?

Yes. An insured crew on every shoot, and FAA Part 107 certified pilots on every flight. Certificates of insurance available for commercial properties on request.

Cancellations & weather.

What if I need to reschedule?

With 48 hours or more of notice, rescheduling is free. We will find the next slot that works.

What if I cancel outright?

With 48+ hours notice, your deposit converts to a shoot credit valid for 90 days, no cash refunds. Inside 24 to 48 hours, the cancellation fee is 50% of the booked total. Inside 24 hours, a no-show, or a crew turned away on site: 100% of the booked total. Our crew is booked, scheduled, and paid whether the door opens or not.

What about events?

Event dates only happen once, so the policy is firmer: the deposit is forfeited on cancellations inside 7 days, and the full amount is due inside 48 hours.

What happens if the weather turns?

Weather calls on drone and exterior work are ours to make, and a weather reschedule is always free. We watch the radar so you do not have to.

How do retainer cancellations work?

Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice. Your seat then goes to the waitlist.
